Job Description
Auto-Chlor System is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help grow their business across Northeast Chicago. This role involves high-activity field sales, making in-person cold calls, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.
Responsibilities
- Make 20β30 in-person cold calls per day
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business in an open territory
- Lease our dish washing machines, our cleaning systems, and service programs
- Manage the entire sales cycleβfrom first conversation to signed agreement
- Build a strong prospect pipeline
- Partner with service and installation teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully
- Take full ownership of your territory, activity levels, and results
- Represent a family-owned business known for quality service, and long-term customer relationships
Skills
- High energy, competitive, and self-driven
- Comfortable walking into businesses without appointments
- Strong people skills and confidence speaking with owners and managers
- Disciplined with time, activity, and follow-up
- Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust
- Comfortable covering a large geographic territory
- Valid driver's license
