- Zelh is a fast-growing, passionate outsourcing company seeking an Over-the-Road Account Manager to manage the full truckload shipment process. This role involves booking loads, negotiating rates, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining strong carrier relationships to provide reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions. - Proven experience in Over-the-Road (OTR) logistics or freight brokerage.
- Knowledge of expedited shipments and equipment types (cargo vans, straight trucks, flatbeds, dry vans, reefers).
- Proficiency with load boards such as Sylectus and DAT.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both carriers and customers.
- Experience in providing quotes, securing loads, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST. Benefits
