Overnight Service Desk Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Overnight Service Desk Analyst for a 12-month contract-to-hire role with our healthcare client in Eagan. This role is hybrid with the expectation to work onsite one or two days a week. Compensation: $19.00 - 20.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. The Operations Administrator IT is responsible for working in the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC), which provides 7x24x365 monitoring, service restoration, and operational support for the client. Overnight Shift (7:45 p.m.

– 7:45 a.m.) with some weekend coverage. Duties: • Diagnose and resolve end-user issues, including hardware, software, and other equipment. • Provide technical support of operational applications for end-users. • Resolve tickets in a timely manner or accurately understand what the end-user needs are and escalate to the appropriate Level 3 support group. • Work with the Incident management coordinator to ensure incidents are addressed and escalated to external teams • Provide technical support to both internal and external end-users remotely.
