Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to own and scale lead-generation performance across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Local Services Ads (LSA). This role is focused on lead quality, efficiency, and growth, not just traffic.
You’ll manage multiple accounts, optimize full-funnel strategies, and translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build, manage, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Local Services Ads
2. Own performance across CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and volume
3. Structure campaigns by intent, service, and geography
4. Launch and optimize full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, conversion)
5. Write and test ad copy and creative (RSAs, Meta creatives)
6. Manage budgets, pacing, and scaling across accounts
7. Monitor search terms, negatives, and lead quality
8. Report performance and insights clearly to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience with Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Strong knowledge of Search campaigns, smart bidding, and keyword strategy
- Experience with Meta audiences, creative testing, and scaling
- Solid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and budgets
- Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills

- Call tracking & CRM platforms (GoHighLevel is a must)
