OVERVIEW
We are a full-service branding and marketing agency supporting a premium lifestyle brand and are looking for a Paid Social + CRM specialist to help manage the brand’s performance marketing ecosystem.
This role connects paid social campaigns, CRM/email marketing, and Shopify ecommerce performance. We are looking for someone who understands how these systems work together and can help manage campaigns while ensuring purchases are clearly tracked and attributed.
This is an ongoing role.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- You will manage the brand’s social and CRM ecosystem, including:
- Launching and managing seasonal and evergreen Meta campaigns
- Uploading creative and building campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Managing and allocating monthly budgets
- Monitoring performance and making optimization adjustments
- Managing audience targeting including new vs returning customers
- Managing catalog and dynamic product ads
- Coordinating with our team on campaign timing and creative assets
- Providing monthly performance reporting and insights
You will also help connect paid media performance with the CRM/email ecosystem:
- Reviewing how email newsletters and CRM campaigns drive Shopify purchases
- Tracking purchases tied to paid media vs email vs organic traffic
- Managing retargeting audiences based on customer behavior
- Helping refine segmentation between new customers and existing customers
The goal is to maintain a clear view of how marketing efforts translate into Shopify revenue.
What This Role Does Not Include
This role focuses on paid media management and CRM performance. It does not include:
- Organic social media posting or community management
- Creative development of ad assets
- Copywriting
Creative direction, asset production, and copy will be provided by our internal team.

Experience
You should have strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager campaign management
- Meta Pixel and Conversion API
- Shopify ecommerce tracking and integrations
- Catalog / dynamic product ads
- Email/CRM marketing platforms
- Attribution and ecommerce reporting
- Audience segmentation and retargeting strategy
This role is best suited for someone who has personally set up and managed Meta + Shopify + CRM attribution systems, not just someone who runs ads.
Bonus if you have worked with fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
