Role Description
This is a part-time, contract role for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk with remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include processing and recording accounts payable and receivable transactions, managing expense reports, completing journal entries, maintaining accurate financial records, and conducting thorough analysis of financial data. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures is a critical aspect of the role.
- Qualifications
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including managing expense reports.
- Proficiency in Accounting, Journal Entries, and general finance-related tasks.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
