Our lean, driven team is looking for a tech-savvy self-starter to deploy AI and automation tools that reduce manual work and free our brokers to focus on deals.
Part-time (10β15 hrs/week), fully remote, $28-35/hour, DOE. This is a hands-on, part-time role for someone who is genuinely excited about how AI and modern software tools can transform the way a small professional services firm operates. You'll have wide latitude to explore, recommend, and implement solutions across several areas of the business β from CRM automation to recruiting support to general workflow improvement. - Responsibilities
- CRM & Email Automation: Implement AI tools to parse inbound emails into Zoho CRM; explore underutilized Zoho apps (Flow, Forms, Analytics) to reduce manual data entry.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Improve ATS workflows and identify AI tools to streamline agent sourcing, outreach, follow-up, and onboarding.
- Staff Tech Support: Be the go-to resource for Google Workspace, Calendly, and Zoho; create how-to guides and training materials as needed.
- Process Improvement: Spot bottlenecks, propose automation solutions, and document everything so it's maintainable.
- Requirements
- Build multi-step automation workflows from scratch (conditionals, filters, data mapping)
- Intermediate-to-advanced spreadsheet skills β formulas as problem-solving tools
- Understand APIs/webhooks conceptually; configure integrations without writing code
- AI prompt engineering for reliable, repeatable outputs
- Read technical docs and API guides independently
- A resourceful, "figure it out" mindset β you don't wait to be told how, you find a way
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and automation β you follow this space and experiment on your own
- Strong research skills β able to evaluate tools quickly and form a clear-eyed recommendation
- Good communication β able to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues clearly and without condescension
- Attention to detail β especially critical when configuring workflow logic or mapping CRM data fields
- Organized and self-directed β able to manage your own time and priorities in a remote, part-time context

- Light scripting (Google Apps Script, Python, JS) is a plus, not a requirement
