Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the overall operation of the theatre and ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Cross-training in all departments to support where needed and providing inspirational training to employees
- Leading and motivating team members to achieve operational standards and excellent customer service
- Preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager
- Conducting inspections of the theatre building, parking lot, and equipment condition
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Interacting with guests to improve service and ensuring team members provide superior customer service
A Day in the Life:
- Following the direction of the General Manager and supporting their decisions
- Training and coaching team members in their specific job functions
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and conducting inspections
- Leading shift huddles and conducting wellness checks on team members
- Ensuring adherence to proper social distancing guidelines and sanitizing high contact areas
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school or G.E.D. graduate preferred
- Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
- Basic food handling training and certification (where required)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Ability to resolve conflict and provide excellent guest service
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
- Ability to carry, push, and pull objects
- Noise level may be moderate to high at times
