Schedule: 2 days per week (Part-Time, Flexible Schedule)
Hourly Rate: $45+

About the Role:
Are you a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Join our team in Aurora, just 30 minutes from Naperville, where you'll provide vital behavioral support to students, helping them develop essential life skills in a positive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ย Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
ย Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and create effective strategies.
ย Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure consistent support and progress.
ย Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals and team members.
ย Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to plans as needed.
Requirements:
ย Masterยs degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
ย Active national BCBA certification.
ย Ability to work onsite in Aurora, IL.
ย Strong communication and collaboration skills.
