We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to our customers in both Spanish and English. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in New York State, with a schedule that includes Mondays from 11:30am-6:00pm and Thursdays/Fridays from 4:00pm-8:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional phone assistance to customers, addressing scheduling, address changes, and other inquiries
- Handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and poise
- Develop a deep understanding of our offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively communicate with customers
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with a diverse customer base
- Accurately maintain digital records and perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong speaking, writing, and reading skills
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Residency in New York State
- Ability to clear a background check
- Reliable and stable home internet connection
- 1-2 professional references
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Part-time schedule: 14.5 hours per week

Training and Onboarding:
Our comprehensive training program will take place Monday through Friday from 9:30am-4:30pm for the first two weeks, followed by a transition to the part-time schedule. You must be available to commit to this training schedule before starting in the part-time role.
