Ridgeline Real Estate is looking for a friendly, confident person to help us connect with past clients and gather feedback about their experience working with our team.
Ridgeline Real Estate is an independent Vermont brokerage serving Northern Vermont with a strong reputation for client service and results. The firm has helped thousands of buyers and sellers through the home process and has built a large base of loyal past clients.
In this role, you will make warm outbound phone calls to past clients who have already completed real estate transactions with us. The goal of the calls is simple: check in, ask how their experience was, and encourage them to leave a Google review if they had a positive experience.
These are not cold sales calls. You will be speaking with people who already know our company and have worked with one of our agents. You are not asking them to buy anything or spend money. You are simply asking them to leave us a review.
- Responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls to past real estate clients using a provided script
- Ask for feedback about their experience working with our team
- Encourage satisfied clients to leave a Google review
- Follow up with clients if a call goes unanswered
- Coordinate with our agents via text message to confirm which past clients should be contacted
- Track call outcomes and reviews generated

- Calls simply need to be made weekly, with reliability.
- Compensation
- $50 weekly stipend for approximately 2 hours of calling (about $25/hour)
- $10 bonus for every Google review generated
Pay: $50.00 per week
