About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to support outbound sales initiatives. This role is responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team while adhering to a structured script for a technical product. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls using a provided lead list Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team Follow a structured script and messaging framework consistently Accurately log all call activities in CRM and tracking tools Update call outcomes (e.g., connected, not interested, booked) Maintain organized and up-to-date records Requirements Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow scripts and structured processes Experience using HubSpot (CRM) and Slack Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Reminders: Attaching your resume is optional but highly recommended to ensure the accuracy of your application.
