- *Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a bonus!)
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
- *Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
- Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily
- Attend 5 weeks of training (Monday – Friday, 4PM – 8PM)
- Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
- Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Type at least 35 WPM (40+ WPM preferred)
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
