  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • **Invoicing Management**: Process all incoming invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • **GL Coding Verification**: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and route them for approval.
  • **Document Management**: Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, and perform electronic and paper filing of processed invoices.
  • **Administrative Support**: Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed.
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • **Data Entry Experience**: Must have experience in data entry with minimal supervision.
  • **10-Key by Touch**: Preference given to candidates who possess 10-key by touch skills.
  • **Computer Literacy**: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.
  • **Office Equipment Familiarity**: Must be familiar with various office equipment.
