To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex customer issues
- Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
