Job Summary
The Department of Sociology, Anthropology, & Criminal Justice in the College of Humanities & Social Sciences seeks qualified applicants to teach on a part-time basis in the newly created VSU Online College. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching online courses in Criminal Justice.
Based on the recent Proclamation:
Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers (H-1B), VSU will not be sponsoring any new H-1B visa petitions until further notice.

- Required Experience
- Master's degree or higher at the time of appointment in Criminal Justice
- A record of effective online teaching appropriate to the applicant's career stage;
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and learning Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting
A record of mentoring students
