The City of Sunnyvale is seeking a Part Time Librarian with a focus on Technology Services to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide innovative and efficient technology solutions to our library patrons. We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable in the latest technology trends, resourceful, and has a strong commitment to customer service.

Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements. Assist patrons with technology-related inquiries and troubleshoot any issues. Develop and implement technology-related programs and services for the library. Collaborate with other library staff to integrate technology into library services. Maintain and update library technology equipment and resources.
Conduct technology trainings and workshops for library staff and patrons. Monitor and evaluate technology usage and make recommendations for improvements. Assist with budgeting and purchasing of technology equipment and resources. Develop partnerships with other organizations to enhance technology services. Promote and market technology services to increase usage and awareness. Maintain a strong commitment to customer service and continuously strive to improve the patron experience. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Keep accurate records of technology services and usage statistics. Stay informed on library policies and procedures related to technology services. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Assist with collection development and management of technology-related materials.
