Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Real Estate Assistant located in Charlotte, NC. The Real Estate Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the business while gaining real-world exposure to how real estate transactions, marketing, and client relationships are managed.

Responsibilities will include administrative support, coordinating property showings, assisting with listing preparation, managing schedules, maintaining organized transaction files, and helping ensure a smooth client experience throughout the buying and selling process.

This role is ideal for a licensed North Carolina real estate agent who is early in their career and looking to gain experience in the industry while building their own business. The position is structured as an hourly support role, allowing the assistant to spend the remainder of their time developing their own clients and real estate business while learning from an active producing agent.

    Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Active North Carolina real estate license preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, tasks, and detailed documentation
  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism and reliability when representing the business with clients and vendors
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with MLS, CRM platforms, or real estate software is a plus
