This role will be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in New York State. As a Part-time Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll provide phone assistance to customers via inbound calls, answer a high volume of calls every shift, and maintain accurate digital record-keeping.
