- Train and mentor the sales team on warm calling strategies and effective client engagement.
- Share matchmaking techniques to enhance team performance.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to improve sales conversions.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with business objectives.
- Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a professional matchmaker.
- 1 years of warm calling or tele-sales experience.
- Strong background in training, mentoring, and coaching sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of matchmaking strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 ā 16 per week
