Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations & Customer Support Specialist to support a growing Dutch consumer claims platform.
This is a remote, long-term opportunity for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly in writing, and keep processes organized and moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage active customer cases daily
- Respond to customer emails in a clear and professional manner
- Follow up with online stores regarding open claims
- Track case status updates in our system
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills (Dutch required)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Quick learner with proactive mindset
- Experience in customer support, operations, or administrative work is a plus
Workload:
- 15โ30 minutes per day (initially)
- Potential to grow into a larger role
