Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations & Customer Support Specialist to support a growing Dutch consumer claims platform.

This is a remote, long-term opportunity for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly in writing, and keep processes organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage active customer cases daily
  • Respond to customer emails in a clear and professional manner
  • Follow up with online stores regarding open claims
  • Track case status updates in our system
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills (Dutch required)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Quick learner with proactive mindset
  • Experience in customer support, operations, or administrative work is a plus

Workload:

  • 15โ€“30 minutes per day (initially)
  • Potential to grow into a larger role
