We are seeking a Part-Time Partner Growth Coordinator to join our fully remote team. This role focuses on increasing engagement among low-usage accounts, driving customer satisfaction, optimizing product use, and improving retention for our WIC organization partners nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Partner Engagement
Β Build and maintain strong relationships with wichealth partners through regular check-ins and personalized recommendations.
Β Serve as a partner advocate by capturing feedback and sharing insights with leadership to drive platform improvements.
Β Educate partners on wichealth services, highlighting features and benefits to enhance their experience.
Β Ensure consistent engagement through semi-annual touchpoints, fostering long-term satisfaction.
Β Encourage partners to adopt additional features by addressing concerns, demonstrating value, and providing tailored support.
Β Follow up after meetings to resolve outstanding issues, answer questions, and provide additional support.
Issue Resolution & Customer Advocacy
Β Respond to partner inquiries regarding concerns, technical issues, or product questions.
Β Troubleshoot challenges partners face and clarify product usage to ensure a seamless experience.
Β Act as a customer advocate, capturing feedback and reporting insights to leadership.
Retention & Growth
Β Collaborate with partners to maximize their use of wichealth, ensuring they find ongoing value.
Β Develop tailored strategies to drive partner retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Data-Driven Insights & Strategic Focus
Β Analyze partner data (e.g., usage metrics) to identify low-engagement accounts and provide actionable recommendations.
Β Develop action plans based on insights from successful partners, adapting strategies to improve adoption.
Β Regularly track and report partner engagement progress, identifying opportunities for further support.
Upselling & Expansion Opportunities
Β Introduce partners to new offerings like the Food Guide or Vendor Training to support revenue goals.
Β Identify potential partnership opportunities and refer leads to the sales team.
Collaborative & Cross-Functional Role
Β Work closely with the Communications Coordinator to align messaging.
Β Partner with the sales team to share insights and support revenue generation.
Β Identify opportunities for partners to act as wichealth advocates (e.g., testimonials, case studies, webinar participation).
Β Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
CRM & Contact Management
Β Maintain an up-to-date partner contact list for email campaigns, newsletters, and communications.
Β Manage and update HubSpot to ensure accurate data, streamlined workflows, and optimized partner interactions.
Who You Are:
Β Experienced in account management, customer success, or partner engagement (preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or education-related fields).
Β A strong communicator who excels at relationship-building and proactive outreach.
Β Data-savvy with the ability to analyze engagement trends and develop strategic solutions.
Β Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple partner relationships effectively.
Β Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
Β Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.
Β Experience with WIC a plus.
