Position Overview
We are looking for reliable part-time product testers to assist with product research and user experience feedback.
Your main task will be to record an online shopping process video according to the instructions and share your genuine user experience and feedback after receiving the product.
This is a simple and flexible remote task, and each task usually takes 15–30 minutes to complete.
Responsibilities
1、Record a video of the product search and purchasing process as required.
2、Browse the product page and review the key product information.
3、After receiving the product, provide honest user feedback based on your experience.
4、Offer clear, objective, and constructive feedback on the product and the shopping experience.
Order Process Video Requirements
1、You must record a complete online shopping process video (at least 5 minutes).
2、The video should include searching for the product using two different keywords.
3、From the first keyword search results, randomly open a product page and browse it.
4、Use the second keyword to search again and briefly compare several products.
5、After entering the target product page, briefly explore the following:
（1）、Product images（2）、Main product description（3）、Customer feedback section（4）、Product videos on the page (if available)（5）、Complete the purchase after the recording reaches at least 5 minutes
Video Recording Notes
1、The entire operation process must be recorded. Face recording is not required.
2、Simple narration during the recording is recommended, for example:
3、“First, I search for the keyword…”
4、“Next, I review the product information…”
The video format can show one person operating while another person briefly explains the process.
If the video is not provided as required or is incomplete, the task payment may be adjusted accordingly.
Requirements
1、Familiar with basic operations of online shopping platforms
2、Able to follow instructions and complete the recording task
3、Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
4、Experience in product testing or market research is preferred but not required
Payment
$15 – $30 per task
Payment depends on the task requirements and completion quality.
Payments will be made through the Upwork platform.
