We're seeking a highly organized, motivated, and resourceful Project Manager to join our team at Workwarp. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and warm communication

Guide clients through the project process, including website training, leading meetings, and extracting insights to position projects for success

Build and manage project timelines, ensuring our team is on track and deadlines are met

Strategically overlap schedules to optimize work time and client deadlines

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

Proven experience in Project Coordination/Management, with marketing experience a plus

Agency or similar setting experience, with a background in managing detailed projects, coordinating teams and vendors, and client communication

Independent, honest, and organized, with excellent problem-solving skills

Positive mindset, open to new challenges, and a humble approach to leadership

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise language

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks, and prioritizing deadlines

Experience with online project management tools, shared documents, and Google Drive

Position Details:

Part-time position (30 hours per week)

99% remote work arrangement, with occasional commute to Raleigh, NC (approximately 1% of the time)
