#336S We’re looking for a part-time Recruiter to join our team remotely. This role is a 1099 contractor position, offering $16/hour for approximately 20–25 hours per week. About the Role: As a Recruiter, you’ll support our team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. You’ll need to be highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Requirements (must have): • Your own laptop/computer with Microsoft Office installed • Reliable high-speed internet • A working phone • A printer for occasional document needs • Strong ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively What We’re Looking For: • Prior recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred but not required • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple candidate pipelines at once • Comfortable working in a remote environment Pay & Schedule: • $16/hour • Approximately 20–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling) • 1099 independent contractor (must have or obtain an EIN before onboarding) To Apply: Please include a brief note about your recruiting/administrative experience and confirm you meet the technical requirements above.
