Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from prospective students and guide them through the admissions process
Conduct virtual consultations to assess student eligibility and program fit
Assist applicants with enrollment forms and documentation
Follow up with potential students to encourage enrollment decisions
Maintain accurate records and track student progress in the admissions pipeline
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the admissions journey
Requirements:
Proven experience in career college admissions, enrollment advising, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Passion for education and student success
