You will be required to generate qualified leads and conduct follow ups via email or video communication.

Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage customer data, and update records efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for effective outreach and engagement.
Support technical sales efforts by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers.
Participate in telemarketing campaigns aimed at promoting new products or services.
Maintain organized records of all communications and follow-ups with clients.

Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of technology sales concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience working with development or creative agencies is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
