Job Description
We’re looking for a part-time UX researcher to help us test how people judge AI shopping answers.
This role is focused on
user behavior, trust, and decision-making
in shopping scenarios. You will help design lightweight user tests, collect feedback, and turn messy user reactions into clear insights.
- Good fit if you have:
- UX research, user testing, product research, or HCI experience
- Strong judgment around user trust and decision-making
- Ability to write simple, natural survey/interview questions
- Interest in AI, shopping, product recommendations, or consumer trust
- Comfortable working with an early-stage startup
- Nice to have:
- Experience testing AI products, ecommerce, search, or recommendation systems
- Background in usability testing, survey design, or qualitative research
- Ability to turn user feedback into practical product/eval insights
Time:
4–10 hours/week
Location:
Remote, Seattle/US preferred
Compensation:
Paid part-time, equity, or hybrid depending on fit
