Ā **Calendar Management:** Efficiently organize and manage schedules.
Ā **Inbox Management:** Prioritize and maintain organized email communications.
Ā **Procedural Documentation:** Create and update detailed documentation of processes.
Ā **Document Development:** Generate various documents to support business operations.
Ā **Onboarding Assistance:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
Ā **PowerPoint Creation:** Craft engaging presentations for internal and external use.
Ā **Internet Research:** Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information.

#### Qualifications:
Ā Minimum of three years' experience in an administrative support role.
Ā Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ā Availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday).

Ā Computer with Microsoft Office 365
Ā High-speed Internet access
Ā Smartphone with email capability
Ā Computer with webcam
#### Additional Information:
Ā This role is a 1099 contractor position.
Ā Successful candidates will undergo a background check before contracting.
Ā This position is not suited for individuals holding full-time jobs, as it requires availability during normal business hours.
