Job Description
We are looking for a high-level and reliable Webflow developer for a long-term part-time position. We manage multiple complex Webflow-based websites — this role is not about building basic landing pages. We need someone confident in advanced animations, performance optimization, cross-browser debugging, and custom Webflow components. Responsibilities Debug and fix animation performance issues Optimize Webflow interactions, transitions, and Lottie animations Improve performance metrics and bolthires PageSpeed Insights score (bolthires: 80+) Test updates across Safari / Chrome / Firefox / Edge + mobile Deliver clean, maintainable and well-structured updates Provide documentation and recommendations for future improvements Work continuously with our internal team on multiple Webflow projects ✅ Requirements (must-have) Strong proven Webflow experience — portfolio required Confidence with complex animations and unconventional layouts Experience optimizing Webflow for speed and Core Web Vitals Experience fixing cross-browser issues (Safari in particular) Ability to communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Work format Part-time, long-term Steady flow of Webflow tasks (no downtime) Flexibility in schedule, but responsiveness and communication are critical Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
