- Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and online chat
- Provide accurate and detailed information about admissions, programs, and enrollment deadlines
- Assist students in the application process, ensuring they have all the tools and information needed
- Record and track student data in CRM systems
- Meet targets for outreach and communication within a remote team environment
- Skills and Experience:
- Residing in or near Newark, NJ
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Familiarity with CRM software and online tools is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, admissions, or education is beneficial
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual skills
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Basic knowledge of education systems and processes
