Location: Remote – Based in Riverside, CA

- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential students
- Provide clear and accurate information on programs, tuition, and admission timelines
- Guide individuals through application steps, offering motivation and clarity
- Input and track interactions using CRM software
- Partner with the admissions and support teams to meet monthly goals
- What You’ll Bring:
- Must reside in or near Riverside, CA
- Strong people skills and a calm, engaging communication style
- Experience in student services, call centers, or other client-facing roles
- Comfortable using online tools (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Reliable self-starter who thrives independently
- Nice-to-Have:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages)
- Familiarity with online learning systems
- Past remote or hybrid work experience
