- Foster, expand and leverage a network of excellent client relationships with a focused set of financial sector organizations.
- Drive the continued growth of ERM’s business through recruiting and developing our next generation of leaders.
- Play a key role in identifying, originating, and securing M&A Advisory opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
- Inspire leadership through guiding and coaching junior team members.
- Build, grow, and manage a high-performance team, serving as a leader and mentor to consultants.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business operations, sustainability or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in either a consulting environment or working substantially with the energy and/or infrastructure sectors, including experience in the industry’s need to meet the world’s Low Carbon Economy Transition goals.
- Recognized technical expertise and an established reputation in the local marketplace.
- Demonstrable track record in delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales/programs.
- Additional language skills valuable.
