Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to help expand the reach of our program, The Soft Reset, by building partnerships with organizations.
This role focuses on connecting with groups that would benefit from the program such as:
- Schools
- Nonprofits
- Churches
- Women’s organizations
- Community programs
- Corporate wellness initiatives
The goal is to secure group enrollments, workshops, and partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to organizations that would benefit from The Soft Reset
- Pitch the program to decision makers and program coordinators
- Schedule calls or presentations with potential partners
- Secure group enrollments or program partnerships
- Maintain records of outreach and partnership opportunities
- Work closely with leadership to develop partnership opportunities
Goals
- Secure partnerships with organizations interested in offering The Soft Reset
- Generate group enrollments and workshop bookings
- Build long-term relationships with community and corporate partners
Compensation
This role is commission based, with compensation tied to partnerships secured and group program enrollments.
Group partnerships can range from small organizations to large community programs, creating strong earning potential.
Full commission details will be discussed with selected candidates.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Comfortable reaching out to organizations and decision makers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized and proactive
- Experience with outreach or networking is a plus
