- Serve as the primary account manager for a portfolio of fashion brand, retail, and technology partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring each partnership is well-supported and delivering mutual value.
- Create clear workback schedules and launch plans for each partner integration or campaign.
- Evaluate partners’ technical integration requirements early in the engagement.
- Work closely with SPREEAI’s product and engineering teams to facilitate seamless partner integrations.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across the fashion, AI, and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and outcomes (integration adoption, shopper engagement, revenue generation, etc.).
- Take a scrappy, resourceful approach to overcoming obstacles and ambiguities.
- Serve as the liaison between partners and SPREEAI’s internal teams.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or account management roles, preferably at high-growth tech or e-commerce companies.
- Experience with fast-moving commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Temu, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of online retail platforms and commerce technology stacks – especially Shopify and related e-commerce tools.
- Proven ability to create and execute detailed project plans or workback schedules for complex initiatives.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical integration concepts and constraints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, solution-oriented thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments.
- A driven, revenue-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
