Compensation Pay Range:
$11.13 - $18.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums based on specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
The Parts Advisor will deliver exceptional service to both retail and installer customers while supporting store management with various tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Uphold and promote company customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, and Rock the Lot.
- Greet walk-in customers promptly in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting them in selecting merchandise.
- Support managers and professional customers as needed, providing assistance with installations as directed.
- Complete company training relevant to the position.
- Deliver excellent service to customers over the phone by following company policies while accurately looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending related items.
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process various payments, and ensure accurate transaction records.
- Handle exchanges and returns professionally, adhering to company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints amicably and promptly.
- Assist with daily operational tasks including merchandise returns, inventory management, and stock adjustments.
- Operate store test equipment and perform various in-store services as permitted by law.
- Drive a delivery vehicle occasionally when business needs dictate, adhering to company driving eligibility requirements.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
- SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIESRequired:
- Strong ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively, handling customers both in-person and on the phone Desired:
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
