Job Description

e3 Diagnostics is the leading provider of audiology equipment sales and service solutions in the United States. They are seeking a Parts Specialist to maintain product data and support customers with spare parts ordering, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with all e3 field teams
  • Maintain product master data, including part number requests, item enrichment, pricing updates, and national account price book management
  • Facilitate and submit requests to proper teams for mass product and customer data updates
  • Manage execution of yearly assortment price updates
  • Manage and facilitate spare parts & accessory sales through website orders and email orders
  • Handle and monitor daily part orders to guarantee prompt delivery
  • Act as liaison with stakeholders regarding orders, delivery schedules, and additional requests to ensure efficient processing and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer files within the database
  • Assist with development and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement projects
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Experience with Database Management Systems and Salesforce a plus
  • This role requires the successful completion of a background check, including criminal history and education verification
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred
