ΓΒ Perform demonstrations and answer questions to potential donors for our clients
ΓΒ Utilize your customer service skills to connect with community members at events
ΓΒ Create meaningful relationships through an outstanding presentation, strategic thinking, and personalized interaction with every customer
ΓΒ Effectively convey our clients goals and initiatives to the community and prospective donors
ΓΒ Communicate expertise in telecommunications and entertainment by hands-on sales demos
ΓΒ Ensure a flawless delivery of the customer experience from start to finish
ΓΒ Collaborate with the Entry Level Charity Account Manager to improve the client experience and set sales targets
Entry Level Charity Account Manager Qualifications:
ΓΒ 0-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service or account management role preferred but not required, we will provide full training to all new associates
ΓΒ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
ΓΒ Honest, trustworthy, and operate with integrity
ΓΒ A keen eye for detail and clear communication abilities
ΓΒ Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously and under pressure
ΓΒ Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity
ΓΒ Adaptable, open to new ideas, and willing to take on new responsibilities
ΓΒ A natural overachiever with a drive for superiority
