Draft high-quality patent applications in the electrical and/or mechanical arts for sophisticated corporate clients.
Prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and long-term portfolio value.
Use proprietary AI and automation tools to streamline drafting, prosecution, and docket management.
Apply data and analytics to inform strategy, from claim drafting to examiner outreach.
Partner directly with inventors and in-house counsel to understand technologies, align on strategy, and deliver timely, business-focused solutions.
Collaborate with a remote team of colleagues through regular virtual huddles, messaging, and one-on-one mentorship opportunities.

At least 2 years of recent experience in patent preparation and prosecution, with a focus on electrical or mechanical technologies.
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field.
USPTO registration and current residence in the United States.
Experience with semiconductors and/or 5G wireless is a strong plus.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
Comfort working with technology and an interest in using AI and automation to enhance your practice.
