Patient Care Specialist (FULLY REMOTE) This position will involve answering inbound calls for large hospital networks during our daytime, evening, and weekend shifts in a remote call center setting. Our company provides telephone answering, messaging, and alert services to physicians and medical facilities across the United States. If you are a self-motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) team player looking to build a career from the comfort of your own home, we might be the team you are looking for! You must live within the continental United States (+ Hawaii) and speak Spanish fluently to apply. We currently have full-time opportunities available. ALL SHIFTS ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST) Shift Availability Requirements Full-Time (appr. 30+ hours per week) β’ Weekdays (Mon-Fri) 8a-5p or 9a-6p, EST, typical 9 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week Requirements Candidates must: β’ Be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) β’ Have a pleasant speaking voice and professional mannerisms β’ Demonstrate good computer skills and reliable internet β’ Work well in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls β’ Have medical terminology knowledge and experience, either hands-on or clerical β’ Be familiar with EMR systems and medical office practices (preferred) β’ Type a minimum of 30 wpm (will be tested) Candidates must also have the following: Internet - Ethernet connection (hardwire internet) required β’ Ping < 15 β’ Download > 50 mbps β’ Upload > 10 mbps STATLINX will provide equipment. Responsibilities β’ Manage call volume of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner (in both English and Spanish) β’ Follow communication prompts β’ Identify callersβ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives β’ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile β’ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way β’ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Skills β’ Previous experience in a customer support role β’ Track record of over-achieving quota β’ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening β’ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types β’ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Entry Level: $17.50/hr (with advancement opportunities) AND a monthly bonus program where you are eligible for up to 15%!
