Our client is looking for aPatient Intake Coordinator / Customer Service Representative (CSR)to join their innovativeTelehealthcompany. They are a fast-growing industry leader specializing in accessible healthcare solutions, with a strong track record of improving patient experiences through technology.
- Responsibilities
- Manageprimarily chat and email-basedpatient communications, with some inbound phone support.
- Conduct patientintake and onboarding, ensuring accurate data entry in theirEHR system.
- Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, compassionate support.
- Relay critical patient information todoctors and pharmaciesas needed.
- Assist inscheduling appointmentsand coordinating orders.
- Monitor pharmacy shipments, track delays, and communicate updates to patients.
- Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)ā strong communication skills are a must.
- Prior experience inhealthcare customer service, patient intake, or medical support roles.
- Ability tolearn quickly, adapt to new tools, and proactively solve problems.
- Comfortable working in afast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 1+ yearsin ahealthcare CSR, medical assistant, or patient coordinator role.
- Familiarity withEHR systems(preferably Charm EHR) is a plus.
- Experience withTidio Chat, Zendesk, Trello, or Slackis beneficial but not required.
