Intervenes to prevent patient self-harm or harm to others and seeks immediate assistance for escalating incidents. Demonstrates knowledge and respect for patient rights to privacy and confidentiality. Creates clear and accurate documentation of patient status and activities during shift. Promotes positive patient interactions and advocates for patients and family-centered care in all decisions and actions.
