Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and success for eBay's payments business.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new payment solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the payments industry. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track and report on the success of payment initiatives. Identify and address potential risks and challenges related to payments operations.

Develop and manage budgets for payment projects, ensuring efficient use of resources. Communicate and present payment strategies and plans to senior management. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to payments. Train and mentor team members on payment strategies and processes. Continuously seek ways to improve the payments experience for customers and drive customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies for new payment solutions.

Act as a subject matter expert on payments and provide guidance to other teams within the company. Identify and analyze opportunities for strategic partnerships and business development in the payments industry.
