We're seeking a Full-Time Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing with precision and compassion. This is an onsite-only position in Citrus Heights, California, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time using iSolved HCM software.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with California wage and hour laws.
Address payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Audit payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with HR and management to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes as they relate to payroll.
401k year end audit submission
Workman Comp monthly/annual reporting and auditing
Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
Proficiency with iSolved HCM or similar payroll systems.
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and payroll regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in Northern California.
