Therapy Matters, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for an immediate opening in Chandler, AZ. The role offers a fully established caseload with a focus on providing play-based, family-centered care to pediatric patients, particularly those with neurodiversity and developmental delays. Responsibilities Walk into a 100% full, established caseload on Day 1 Focus on pediatric population with a heavy focus on neurodiversity & developmental delays 60-minute 1:1 sessions — play-based, family-centered care Supported by an AMAZING experienced PTA who covers most treatment sessions Highly collaborative clinic with on-site OT, SLP, and ABA teams Flexible schedule, no weekends, no on-call Skills Arizona PT license (or eligible within 30 days) Passion for pediatrics — new grads with strong pediatric rotations are VERY welcome!
