Role Summary
Seeking a Performance Engineer to lead performance testing and optimization for large-scale enterprise data platforms with strong focus on MDM systems. Responsible for performance strategy, test execution, analysis, and tuning across applications, databases, APIs, and infrastructure layers.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design & execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests
- Validate performance of MDM and data workflows (ingestion, sync, matching, governance)
- Identify bottlenecks across application, DB, and infrastructure layers
- Build realistic workload models based on production patterns
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with architecture & engineering teams for tuning and optimization
- Deliver performance reports aligned with SLAs/NFRs
