Job Description
The People Business Partner Associate will provide foundational HR support across the organisation, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day people operations and a positive employee experience. This role will also support managers and employees by assisting with core HR processes such as performance cycles, engagement activities, and general people-related queries. Working closely with the Director of People, the role will also contribute to HR initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing people programs. Support employees and managers by providing guidance on performance, engagement, and employee experience matters, escalating complex cases as needed. Assist the Director of People in HR initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing people programs across the organisation. Contribute to the execution of people initiatives such as performance management cycles, engagement activities, and learning & development programs. Provide support in handling employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting cases, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations. Work closely with People Operations to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and helping implement enhancements to HR workflows and employee experience. Assist in equipping managers and employees with basic people management guidance and best practices to support a positive and high-performance culture.
