They are seeking motivated Consultants to work on impactful HR transformation projects, focusing on aligning HR practices with organizational goals and implementing innovative talent strategies and technology modernization initiatives. Responsibilities Assist in assessing current HR processes and systems, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG Support the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of best practices Help develop and execute HR transformation roadmaps Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations Support business process design, enhancements Support client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing and drive deployment HCM / HR technology knowledge and implementation experience ideal Skills Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Must be eligible to obtain Federal Security Clearance 1 + years of Consulting experience Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Strong organizational and project management skills Flexibility and ability to travel HR Systems Implementation experience or functional experience working with including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Benefits
