Job Description
State of Location: Pennsylvania Position Summary: Join Ivy Rehab’s dedicated team where you’re not just an employee, but a valued teammate! Together, we provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient. Job Description: The People Team Vice President at Ivy Rehab is not a traditional Human Resources role; it is a strategic, disruptive leadership position designed to propel our "People First" culture into the future. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will oversee the Human Resources Business Partner Team, Talent Management and L&D functions, but with a mandate to innovate, automate, and elevate. You will lead the charge in driving emerging People practices, cultivating culture, growing great leaders and leveraging technologies to eliminate friction in the teammate lifecycle, allowing our clinical teams to achieve excellence without the burden of cumbersome processes. You are a boundary-pusher who views HR as a laboratory for high-performance culture and industry-leading organizational design Key Responsibilities I. Enterprise Partnership & Business Alignment Operational Integration: Partner deeply with Divisional Presidents and operational leaders to ensure HR initiatives are not created in a vacuum but are co-designed to meet the specific needs of our clinics and patients. Stakeholder Feedback Loops: Establish systematic "voice of the business" channels to gather continuous feedback from stakeholders, ensuring HR strategies remain agile and responsive to shifting market demands. Accountability & ROI: Define and report on high-impact KPIs (e.g., Revenue-per-Clinician, Retention ROI, and Speed-to-Competency) that demonstrate the direct link between people strategy and organizational profitability. Transparency in Strategy: Lead with "open-book" people strategies, providing executives and managers with the data and tools needed to own their talent outcomes and drive high performance. II. Disruptive HRBP Leadership & Predictive Analytics AI-Driven Workforce Planning: Transition from reactive hiring to predictive modeling, using AI and data analytics to forecast staffing needs, identify turnover risks before they happen, and optimize clinical labor models. Organizational Architect: Collaborate with Executives to design "Future of Work" structures that promote agility, rapid expansion, and clinical excellence in a multi-site environment. Next-Gen Employee Relations: Move beyond compliance-based ER to a proactive "Culture Coaching" model that uses sentiment analysis and real-time feedback loops to maintain an inclusive, high-fun, and values-driven environment. Next-Gen Culture Stewardship: Use sentiment analysis and digital listening tools to manage the enterprise-wide Employee Engagement Survey program, turning raw data into immediate, actionable cultural shifts. Digital Immigration Strategy: Lead the corporate immigration strategy (H-1B, TN, Green Card) using streamlined, tech-enabled workflows to ensure Ivy remains a global destination for top clinical talent. III. The Learning Ecosystem & AI-Powered Development Personalized Learning Paths: Evolve the L&D function from "standardized training" to a "personalized growth ecosystem" using technology and Subject Matter experts to deliver bite-sized, just-in-time clinical and leadership education. Immersive Onboarding: Re-imagine the "New Hire Experience" as a best-in-class, tech-enabled journey that fuses virtual immersion with human connection, ensuring immediate alignment with Ivy’s Mission. Succession 2.0: Build a transparent, data-backed succession pipeline that identifies "high-potential" talent through objective performance data and behavioral competencies, rather than subjective observation alone. ROI of Learning: Prove the impact of professional and continuing education (residency support and mentorship) on clinical quality and clinician retention IV. Innovation & Emerging HR Practices AI Integration & Automation: Identify and implement AI tools to automate repetitive HR tasks (e.g., scheduling, basic inquiries, data entry), freeing up the HRBP team to focus on high-value human interaction and strategic coaching. Industry Disruption: Actively scout emerging HR trends outside of healthcare (tech, retail, hospitality) to bring ideas to Ivy Rehab, ensuring we remain the most attractive employer in the industry. Qualifications for the Modern People Leader Experience: A minimum of 10 years in HR leading multi-functional teams in high-growth environments. Tech-Savviness: Proven track record of implementing HRIS, AI tools, or automated workflows that have measurably improved organizational efficiency. Financial & Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to translate HR metrics into business language, showing a clear understanding of the P&L and operational levers. Influential Leadership: A track record of partnering with C-suite executives to drive large-scale organizational change with transparency and accountability Disruptive Mindset: Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and implement "non-traditional" HR practices that drive business outcomes. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MBA or MA in HR) or advanced certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred. Industry Context: While healthcare experience is a plus, we value leaders from tech, retail, or service-centric industries who know how to scale culture through technology. Are you ready to stop "managing" HR and start "re-imagining" it? Join us at Ivy Rehab and help us build the future of care. Why Choose Ivy? Best Employer: A prestigious honor to be recognized by Modern Healthcare, signifying excellence in our industry and providing an outstanding workplace culture. Exceeding Expectations: Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes. Incentives Galore: Eligibility for full benefits package beginning within your first month of employment. Generous PTO (Paid Time Off) plans and paid holidays. Empowering Values: Live by values that prioritize teamwork, growth, and serving others. #LI-Remote #LI-ST1 We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruiting and employment process. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and organizational need. Any listed salary range or contractual rate does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits. ivyrehab.com Welcome to the Ivy Rehab Network Join us on our mission to inspire & enable people to live life to the fullest!
