- Provide advanced functional support and leadership for core academic modules, specifically Student Records, Advising, and Admissions.
- Drive issue resolution, process enhancements, and adoption of best practices to ensure the system meets evolving business, regulatory, and end-user needs across the university.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering advanced (Level 2/Level 3) functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Student Records, Advising, and Admissions modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to resolve complex incidents, assess the impact of system changes, and identify root causes for defects.
- Deep knowledge of system configuration, process documentation, and regulatory compliance as it pertains to academic operations.
- Strong track record collaborating across business, IT, and stakeholder groups to drive consensus and deliver solutions.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including experience developing end-user training, documentation, and change management materials.
- Demonstrated capacity for cross-module functional support with broad PeopleSoft Academic expertise.
